CompleteCare@Home provides live-in care and support through its care givers who live with clients in the same home providing care and support 24/7, in line with the agreed personalised care plan. While in the client’s home, our caregivers will assist with tasks as required by our clients, clients to engage with activities of daily living including:
->Medication administration
->Shopping as per agreed plan, this will include supporting our clients to understand budgeting.
->Laundry and cleaning
->Meal preparation
->Escorted and supported family and other important visits.
->General companionship
->Support with bathing, hair, aided walking, toileting and other personal cares.
